Director/Senior 3D Spatial Design Lead, Experiential

Lead the creative development of immersive physical brand experiences that bring ambitious concepts to life through innovative spatial design and technical precision. In this role, you will shape high-impact pitches and creative proposals while overseeing the design process from initial concept through fabrication and installation.

You will create compelling 3D environments for large-scale exhibitions, retail pop-ups, and experiential marketing activations. Combining artistic vision with architectural expertise, you will transform creative briefs into detailed models, photorealistic renderings, and production-ready plans.

Working closely with creative leadership, production teams, and fabrication partners, you will ensure each experience meets brand objectives, budget requirements, and technical standards.
