The Director of Software Engineering – Platform Development will lead the evolution of enterprise software platforms in a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role combines strategic technology leadership with hands-on involvement in software architecture, engineering delivery, and platform modernization.

You will build and mentor a team of software engineering leaders and specialists while establishing scalable, secure, and reusable technology foundations. A key priority will be modernizing Microsoft-based systems, strengthening cloud capabilities, and integrating AI-enabled development and intelligent automation.
