Director, Tax and Treasury

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Tax and Treasury based in United States.

As Director, Tax and Treasury, you will lead the company’s tax strategy, compliance, reporting, cash management, and treasury operations across a growing, multi-entity business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic guidance on liquidity, financing, capital deployment, tax exposure, and financial risk.

You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Human Resources, Payroll, executive leadership, external advisors, and banking partners. The role combines technical expertise with commercially minded decision-making to support growth, financing activities, acquisitions, and international expansion.

You will strengthen financial controls, improve cash visibility, and develop scalable processes across tax and treasury functions. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highly analytical and trusted finance professional who can translate complex financial matters into practical recommendations.
