District Sales Manager – Diabetes Care Division

The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of sales representatives across Ontario, driving revenue growth and achieving district sales objectives within the diabetes care sector. This leadership role combines strategic sales planning, team coaching, financial oversight, and customer relationship management to strengthen market performance and support business growth.

The successful candidate will translate business priorities into clear territory plans, monitor results, and guide representatives toward ambitious, measurable goals. Working closely with marketing, operations, distributors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders, the manager will help ensure customer needs are understood and addressed.

The role also promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a remote, full-time position covering Ontario, with travel of up to 50% required
