Document Management/CAD Technical Consultant

As a Document Management/CAD Technical Consultant, you will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations while serving as a hands-on technical owner for complex platform solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, workflows, and data structures that support diverse organizational needs.

The role combines technical delivery, client collaboration, solution design, and project execution across the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives while following platform standards and maintainability best practices.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to projects spanning ITSM, CSM, HRSD, custom applications, and other ServiceNow modules. This fully remote position is suited to a technically strong consultant who enjoys solving complex problems and sharing expertise with others.
