€1,400 gross/month + up to €100 monthly performance bonus

Are you fluent in Dutch and looking for an opportunity in Lisbon where you can focus on back-office support rather than continuous phone calls ?

In this role, you’ll manage customer cases, investigate requests and provide accurate solutions through digital support channels, while ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and resolving customer requests through tickets and email
• Investigating cases and identifying the most appropriate solution
• Providing support related to connected services and digital platforms
• Following internal procedures and quality guidelines
• Keeping customer information and case records accurate and up to date
• Taking ownership of cases from initial request through to resolution

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Dutch – C1/C2 level
• Good command of English – minimum B2
• Strong written communication skills
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with digital tools and ticketing systems
• Availability for rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Currently living in or near Lisbon
• Valid documentation to work in Portugal

Previous experience in customer support, back office, content moderation or similar environments is an advantage.
