This role brings an organization’s employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling design, multimedia, and creative storytelling.

You’ll shape visual experiences across recruitment, social media, careers websites, internal communications, events, and other talent-focused channels.

The position combines graphic design, video production, motion graphics, digital design, and brand stewardship in a highly collaborative environment.

You’ll transform employee stories, strategic messages, and complex information into engaging visual narratives that resonate with priority talent audiences.

A key focus will be maintaining a distinctive and consistent visual identity while continuously exploring new creative formats and production techniques.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Digital teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work.
