Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager will lead enterprise customer engagements and oversee the successful deployment of AI-powered solutions across industrial organizations. This role combines customer success, technical leadership, and program management to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, reliability, and executive stakeholders to ensure customers maximize platform adoption and business value. By translating advanced analytics and AI insights into practical solutions, you will help reduce downtime, lower maintenance costs, and improve asset reliability.
