Engineering Manager, QA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager, QA based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a distributed QA engineering team responsible for the reliability of desktop applications and browser extensions.

You will shape the QA strategy and roadmap while helping enterprise customers confidently adopt critical workflow products.

The position combines people leadership, technical judgment, release readiness, customer issue resolution, and quality engineering.

You will work across Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Edge environments, addressing complex customer scenarios and deployment risks.

The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.

You will help evolve testing practices through exploratory testing, targeted automation, and stronger engineering-owned coverage.

Success requires an experienced people leader who can balance delivery speed with reliability and communicate quality risks clearly.
