Entity Management & Compliance Manager

Take on a key role in supporting international business expansion by ensuring corporate entities remain compliant with local laws, regulations, and governance requirements. In this position, you will oversee entity creation, maintenance, restructuring, and related compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with internal teams and external legal service providers to maintain accurate records, manage regulatory obligations, and mitigate risks. Combining project management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement, you will help ensure entity-related initiatives are delivered efficiently and within budget.
