Epic BI Report Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Epic BI Report Developer based in Germany.

This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare technology professional to develop and optimize business intelligence reporting solutions within a large-scale healthcare environment. You will oversee the full reporting lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Your work will support revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, operational performance, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with clinical stakeholders, IT specialists, Epic application teams, and data warehouse professionals, you will translate complex business needs into reliable reporting solutions.

You will also contribute to system upgrades, reporting optimization, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives. This fully remote, direct-hire position offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted subject matter expert while helping improve healthcare information systems and organizational performance.
