Keysight is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, independently motivated and experienced individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different working styles and needs. This individual demonstrates a mastery of performing a broad range of diversified finance deliverables/results.

Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities. Ensures that Keysight operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls.

Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control. Ensures local financial and statutory compliance that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting, tax filings and audit representation.

Responsibilities

• Support all finance areas like, treasury, tax, reporting and accounting practices, to keep business compliant with local laws and policies in Brazil and Mexico.
• Analyze financial results, prepare financial statements and journal entries.
• Review revenue and costs, financial planning, cash flow generation, control of fixed assets.
• Perform account reconciliations, analyze variances, prepare explanations.
• Provide technical support on Transaction Tax and Corporate Income Tax matters in Brazil and Mexico, including tax accounting, provisions, reconciliations, business transactions, withholding taxes, and related journal entries.
• Coordinate with local tax service providers and review the tax calculations, statutory returns, reconciliations, and supporting documentation prepared externally, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Monitor tax legislation, assess potential impacts on the business, and support internal and external audits, tax audits, and information requests from tax authorities.

The candidate must live in São Paulo or nearby, and will need to be in our office in Barueri at least once a week.

• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress environment and deliver with tight deadlines

Education, Experience

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements, background in USGAAP reporting is a plus
• Experience in ERP applications (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
• Advanced English language skills
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
