Event Operations Specialist

As a Remote Event Operations Specialist, you’ll support the coordination and delivery of high-impact, client-facing events from behind the scenes. You’ll help keep schedules, communications, timelines, and logistics organized so that every event runs smoothly. The role combines administrative coordination, client communication, and attention to detail within a fast-moving environment.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage time-sensitive requests and ensure important information is accurately tracked. Your contribution will help create a professional, seamless experience for clients before, during, and after events.
