Events, Sr Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Events, Sr Manager based in the United States.

The Senior Events Manager will lead the global events strategy and execution, transforming in-person and virtual experiences into measurable business results. This senior individual contributor role combines strategic planning, budget ownership, event execution, and performance measurement to support business growth across the customer lifecycle.

You will oversee the global events portfolio, prioritizing investments that generate new business opportunities while strengthening customer engagement, retention, and expansion. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement, you will ensure each event supports broader go-to-market objectives.

You will build scalable processes, develop effective field engagement programs, and use data-driven insights to improve event performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape global market presence and directly influence pipeline contribution and commercial outcomes.
