ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI company building infrastructure for service businesses to coordinate AI agents and human teams. This flexible role can focus on engineering, product, or company operations, based on your strengths and the scope you want to own.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and lead a concrete first-90-days initiative across engineering, product, or operations.
• Build and improve production software for AI-enabled business workflows.
• Help shape the product and operating foundations as the company builds its initial team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, with a record of founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, shipping a product, or running a relevant service business.
• Continued hands-on experience building production software, rather than a primarily management-focused background.
• Ability to describe a specific first-90-days scope and interest in shaping a role around your strengths.
• Experience in AI, software, product, or service-business operations is relevant; no specific technology stack is listed.
