ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building tools for service businesses to coordinate AI workers and human oversight. This flexible role can focus on engineering, product, or company operations, with technical leadership scope available for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define what you can own in your first 90 days and shape the role around your strengths.
• Build production software directly, contributing hands-on to the platform.
• Take ownership across engineering, product, or business operations based on your experience.
• Help build the platform and team serving the AI-enabled service economy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Typically 3 to 10 or more years of experience.
• Experience founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, shipping a product with lasting team ownership, or running a service business.
• A record of hands-on production software development, rather than a primarily management-focused career.
• Interest in a full-time role, not freelance or fractional CTO work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with equity and overall compensation tailored to the candidate. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States. Relocation support is available.
