ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building tools for service businesses that want to coordinate AI workers alongside human teams. This flexible leadership role is shaped around your strengths in engineering, product, or company operations, and offers the opportunity to help build the platform and team from an early stage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Propose and take ownership of a concrete first-90-days scope in engineering, product, or company operations.
• Help shape and build a platform for AI-enabled service businesses and the teams that run them.
• Bring founder-level judgment to product and company-building decisions, with scope tailored to your experience.
• For a technically focused candidate, take on a technical leadership role as the team grows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Typically 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience founding a venture-backed or bootstrapped company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, shipping a product with lasting team impact, or running a service business in a relevant industry.
• Able to describe a practical first-90-days plan and interested in a role designed around your strengths.
• Interest or experience in AI and service businesses; no specific technology stack is prescribed.
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco.
