FBS Data Engineer (SQL & Power BI)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a FBS Data Engineer (SQL & Power BI) based in Mexico.

As a Data Engineer, you will support the development of data-driven solutions that strengthen financial reporting, analytics, and business decision-making within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

Your responsibilities will include data analysis, requirements documentation, business rule validation, and supporting user acceptance testing to ensure reliable, high-quality data solutions. You will also contribute to data integration strategies, reporting improvements, and the ongoing optimization of dashboards and data platforms.
