Field Service Engineer - STS, RTG, RMG Cranes

This role is responsible for servicing, repairing, testing, and maintaining heavy-duty port crane equipment in demanding field environments. You will diagnose mechanical and equipment issues, complete repairs and overhauls, and ensure machinery performs safely and according to technical specifications.

The position combines hands-on mechanical expertise with customer support, technical documentation, and troubleshooting. You will work independently on complex assignments while collaborating with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Extensive domestic and international travel provides exposure to diverse operational environments and equipment challenges.

The role also offers opportunities to share technical knowledge, mentor colleagues, and take on temporary leadership responsibilities.
