Finance Systems Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Systems Analyst based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and improve the technology that supports modern finance operations. You will work across finance systems, ERP and FP&A platforms, reporting tools, and data environments to deliver reliable and actionable information. The position combines finance knowledge, advanced data analysis, systems expertise, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system enhancements and better reporting capabilities. A major focus will be on using advanced Excel and complex datasets to investigate issues, reconcile information, improve data quality, and support decision-making.

You will also identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation, helping reduce manual work and improve efficiency. This is a collaborative environment where analytical thinking, ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach can create measurable business impact.
