Forward Deployed Engineer, Early Career

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small founding team building AI-driven workflows for private-market operations. You will work directly with customer teams to understand their processes, deliver tailored technical solutions from discovery through production, and use what you learn to inform the core product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own technical delivery across the full project lifecycle, from customer discovery through production launch.
• Work with customer teams to map operational workflows and identify barriers to adoption.
• Translate customer processes into AI-driven workflows for private-market operations.
• Build customer-specific prototypes, iterate quickly, and adjust scope based on feedback.
• Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable components from recurring patterns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Typically 1 to 6 years of relevant experience shipping production software.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, including NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
• Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical deliverables, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
• Ability to work closely in person with the founding team and understand private-market operations workflows.
• Private-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: €70,000 to €110,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
