Forward Deployed Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Canada.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role supporting complex enterprise deployments and tailored technology solutions. You will work across implementation, solution engineering, technical support, integrations, and software development to turn customer requirements into production-ready outcomes.

The role combines hands-on technical problem solving with direct collaboration across customers, partners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will work with APIs, code, logs, integrations, virtual agents, and AI-powered customer experiences to diagnose issues and build practical solutions.

The position offers significant ownership, requiring you to navigate ambiguity and take challenging technical problems through to resolution. You will also help create reusable tools, patterns, and processes that improve future deployments and strengthen the broader engineering organization.
