Founder Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the founding team of an early-stage AI-enabled recruiting and talent-matching company as a hands-on operator. This role works across product, growth, operations, and partnerships to improve candidate outcomes and help build scalable company foundations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead high-priority projects from planning through execution, including new market initiatives and strategic work.
• Improve the candidate experience and funnel, with a focus on conversion, quality, and outcomes.
• Design and implement operational processes and systems that support company growth.
• Support go-to-market efforts by refining messaging, running experiments, and developing partnerships.
• Turn feedback from candidates and hiring teams into actionable product priorities.
• Move independently between operations, strategy, recruiting, and other time-sensitive projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
• Ability to work independently across operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a fast pace, and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California. The role involves working closely in person with a small founding team.
