Founder's Associate (Ops)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the go-to-market and operations teams at an AI procurement software company. You will turn business requests and recurring manual processes into useful internal tools and automations, helping teams move faster.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.
• Find repetitive manual workflows and automate them proactively.
• Scope, build, test, and ship software independently using AI coding tools.
• Switch between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools.
• Prioritize work that unblocks the business and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Document tools and automations so teammates can use and maintain them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are a recent graduate or have up to two years of professional experience.
• You have independently delivered working software with AI coding tools and automated recurring workflows through code.
• You can build end-to-end internal tools, from scoping through testing and release, without extensive engineering support.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
