Founder's Associate, Product

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the product team as a Founder's Associate, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape a voice AI product by understanding customer needs, assessing market opportunities, and exploring emerging AI approaches.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyze customer data and product feedback to identify and prioritize important problems to solve.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
• Research market opportunities and competitors to inform product strategy.
• Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and voice AI approaches.
• Triage incoming product feedback and assess which issues merit engineering effort.
• Support the CTO with recruiting and technical evaluation of engineering candidates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A technical background with hands-on experience building or shipping products.
• Experience working on AI or voice AI systems, or testing and evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and using customer data and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Experience with competitive research and analysis, and participating in engineering hiring or technical evaluation.
• Clear written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, high ownership, and openness to direct feedback.
• Experience in a fast-moving, experimental product or engineering environment; B2C product experience is relevant.
