Founding GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build and run the go-to-market motion for an early-stage AI-enabled legal services company. You will own the systems, messaging, and execution that turn early customer demand into a repeatable revenue engine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full GTM funnel, from pipeline generation and sales through customer expansion and retention.
• Run experiments across channels, measure performance, and scale effective approaches.
• Generate and manage qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound motions.
• Create and distribute content across social platforms, blogs, and other channels.
• Develop partnerships with vendors, startups, and community organizations.
• Plan events, dinners, conferences, and other activities that build awareness and relationships.
• Design client and partner gifting programs to deepen loyalty and encourage referrals.
• Define positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales collateral.
• Build the GTM technology stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation tools.
• Use customer and performance data to develop repeatable playbooks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 4 years of experience at a high-growth startup as a founder or in a GTM, growth, or sales leadership role.
• A track record of measurable results in pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue.
• A systems-oriented approach, strong organizational discipline, and comfort building from zero and iterating quickly.
• Experience with CRM, sales sequencing, data enrichment, and automation tools.
• Resilience and a strong execution focus, with willingness to work an intensive schedule, including long days and weekends.
• An engineering background or a significant competitive achievement is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $150,000 to $190,000 annually.
