Founding Head of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Head of Marketing based in the United States.

As the first marketing leader, you will build and lead a marketing function designed to accelerate enterprise growth in the evolving energy and utility technology sector. You will shape go-to-market strategy, establish differentiated product positioning, and strengthen relationships with strategic utility customers.

Working closely with founders and cross-functional leaders, you will connect marketing initiatives directly to customer acquisition, account expansion, and long-term market credibility. You will develop account-based programs, compelling customer narratives, and industry engagement strategies that help complex enterprise buyers make informed decisions.

An AI-forward approach will be central to improving research, personalization, content development, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to define the marketing organization from the ground up and help establish a leadership position in a critical, rapidly changing market.
