FP&A Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a FP&A Manager based in the United States.

This is a hands-on FP&A leadership opportunity within a fast-growing fintech and financial services environment. The role will own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting while helping leadership make informed business decisions. You will build financial models that connect revenue, expenses, transaction activity, customers, rewards, and other operating metrics to business performance.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have meaningful exposure to strategic planning and company-wide initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. It is ideal for an analytical finance professional who enjoys building processes, models, and planning capabilities in a scaling organization.
