Fractional Media Director (Part-Time)

This role offers senior strategic leadership across a diverse media portfolio spanning both B2B and B2C clients. As a fractional leader, you will shape integrated media strategies while remaining closely connected to campaign execution, client needs, and team development. You will advise senior stakeholders, guide channel investments, and identify opportunities to improve performance and expand media programs.

The role covers a broad mix of paid social, search, programmatic, CTV, digital audio, out-of-home, retail media, and emerging channels. You will also help strengthen internal capabilities, establish best practices, and contribute to new business and organic growth. This is a hands-on, flexible engagement designed for an experienced agency media leader who can provide meaningful impact within a lean team environment.
