Fraud Data Analytics and Solution Optimization

Role Purpose Transform fraud-related data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-support tools to minimize fraud losses and enhance the effectiveness of fraud prevention and detection initiatives across GSM's mobility ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze fraud trends, patterns, and emerging risks across 4-wheel and 2-wheel operations to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Monitor changes in fraud tactics, high-risk customer and driver segments, geographic hotspots, and abuse concentration areas.
• Develop and maintain fraud intelligence dashboards, analytics models, and periodic reports to support decision-making by management and market leadership teams.
• Track and evaluate fraud-related KPIs, identifying key drivers and root causes impacting fraud performance.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations and data analysis to uncover hidden fraud patterns and operational weaknesses.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to prioritize fraud mitigation initiatives and improve fraud control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data, and Technology teams to design, test, and optimize anti-fraud solutions and controls.
• Measure the effectiveness of existing fraud prevention programs and recommend continuous improvements based on analytical findings.
• Support the development of fraud risk assessment frameworks and predictive monitoring capabilities.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
