Fraud Operation Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to help protect online transactions and maintain a secure, trustworthy customer experience. In this role, you will review new account registrations and purchases, identify potential payment fraud, and assess suspicious activity using internal systems and third-party tools.

You will balance effective fraud prevention with a smooth, frictionless experience for legitimate customers across global markets. Working closely with customers and internal fraud teams, you will investigate unusual patterns, support account verification, and communicate emerging risks.
