This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical, hands-on growth professional to own end-to-end website conversion performance in a fast-growing digital healthcare environment. You will lead the optimization of the customer journey from paid social advertising through landing pages, quizzes, and checkout.

Using customer insights, behavioral data, and rigorous experimentation, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition. Working closely with a dedicated product squad of engineers and designers, you will turn hypotheses into high-quality experiments and measurable business outcomes.
