General Manager, Nomad Insurance

Take full ownership of a growing portfolio of insurance products designed for remote workers and digital nomads worldwide. As General Manager, you will combine product leadership, growth strategy, and operational execution to drive the overall success of the product line.

You will oversee products at different stages of maturity, from an established travel medical insurance offering to rapidly scaling health coverage and early-stage financial protection solutions. Working across product, engineering, design, and growth, you will build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will shape the product vision, identify new growth opportunities, and turn ambitious goals into measurable results. This is an entrepreneurial leadership opportunity to scale the business from $30 million to $300 million while contributing to the vision of a global social safety net for people living and working across borders.
