GRMW Strategy and Transformational Excellence lead

This role supports the strategic evolution and operational excellence of a global regulatory medical writing function. You will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen the strategic presence of medical writing across therapy areas and cross-functional teams. The position combines strategic planning, resource optimization, performance management, and transformation initiatives.

You will help identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration across internal teams, contractors, and vendors. The role also contributes to long-range planning, annual operating activities, and initiatives designed to support future growth.

Strong expertise in medical or regulatory writing, change management, and resource planning will be key to driving meaningful organizational impact.
