Growth Marketing Director

This senior marketing role is responsible for accelerating subscription revenue through a full-funnel, data-driven growth strategy. You will lead initiatives spanning customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, partnerships, referrals, and lifetime value. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and conversion optimization.

Working closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Operations, you will connect marketing performance to broader commercial objectives. You will use experimentation, customer insights, and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize investment. The role offers significant influence over member growth strategy within a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
