GTM / Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM / Growth Manager based in Brazil.

In this key leadership role, you will take full ownership of go-to-market strategy and B2C customer acquisition for an innovative, well-funded generative audio AI platform built on fully licensed data. Working remotely from India alongside an international team of researchers, technologists, and music enthusiasts, you will drive user growth, champion ethical AI technology, and onboard creator communities worldwide.

Partnering closely with the founders and marketing team, you will design experimental growth frameworks, optimize conversion funnels, and scale digital campaigns that connect creators with fair, licensed music tools. This is a high-impact opportunity for a growth marketing strategist passionate about ethical technology and creative empowerment.
