GTM Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Operations Manager based in Portugal.

As a GTM Operations Manager, you will help build and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that valuable customer signals translate into timely, actionable insights and effective engagement.

Working across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools, you will improve data quality, streamline handoffs, and make customer lifecycle programs more reliable. You will own projects from initial scoping through implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.

This hands-on individual-contributor role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with experienced operations professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
