As Head of Technology, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the technology vision and driving the evolution of digital products within a growing, innovation-focused startup. You will lead and mentor software development teams, establish engineering standards, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable technology solutions.

Working closely with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams, you will align technical decisions with business priorities and growth objectives. You will oversee delivery performance, optimize team productivity, and promote continuous improvement across engineering processes.
