Head of Commercial/Business Development

Lead commercial strategy and business expansion across European markets within the fast-evolving cryptocurrency and digital financial services industry. In this executive role, you will oversee regional commercial operations, drive sustainable revenue growth, and develop strategies that strengthen market presence across multiple countries.

You will lead international teams spanning country management, business development, strategic partnerships, influencer engagement, VIP relationship management, and community development. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify new revenue opportunities, optimize commercial performance, and build lasting relationships across the digital asset ecosystem.

You will also ensure that commercial initiatives align with applicable European regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business results.
