Head of Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Finance based in the United States.

This fully remote, full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale a finance function within a fast-growing, regulated fintech environment focused on stablecoin infrastructure and digital payments. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting, establishing the processes and controls needed to support sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will combine strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution across critical finance operations. You will guide forecasting, budgeting, and board reporting while strengthening accounting systems and transitioning toward a fully in-house, audit-ready function.

You will also manage liquidity, reserve-related cash flows, and regulatory obligations across traditional banking and digital asset infrastructure. This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who thrives in a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment and enjoys building reliable systems, developing teams, and turning complex financial information into actionable business decisions.
