Head of Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead growth for a scaling AI communications SaaS business, owning the strategy across marketing and product growth. You will build and lead the growth team, work closely with the CEO, and guide expansion across international markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and optimize the growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, website conversion, and lifecycle management.
• Set product growth strategy across funnel design, pricing, positioning, and onboarding.
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing and growth team, including hiring and team leadership.
• Use analytics and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and allocate substantial budgets with P&L accountability.
• Lead expansion into new international markets and drive measurable growth across regions.
• Define growth strategy and KPIs, and report performance and priorities directly to the CEO.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 8 years in marketing or growth leadership, with a track record of scaling companies from early stage to substantial ARR.
• Experience managing annual marketing budgets of €15M or more, with P&L accountability.
• Success launching and scaling in international markets, ideally across Europe.
• End-to-end experience across brand, demand generation, product marketing, website, onboarding, funnel optimization, and retention.
• Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRO, growth analytics, and data-driven experimentation.
• Experience building and leading teams at a high-growth B2B or product-led SaaS company; AI, enterprise software, or other technology product experience is valuable.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: €150,000 to €250,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Relocation support is available.
