Head of Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead top-of-funnel growth for a B2B legaltech platform serving startups. This hands-on role works closely with company leadership to build repeatable pipeline and expand the customer base, with the opportunity to grow the team over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and investor networks.
• Develop organic and earned growth through customer stories, founder-focused content, and community engagement.
• Build referral relationships with investors, accelerators, and other startup-serving partners.
• Plan founder events, workshops, and participation in startup community gatherings.
• Run regular growth experiments, assess results, and scale effective approaches.
• Define the ideal customer profile, instrument the funnel end to end, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Build data workflows and automations to support efficient pipeline generation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Two to six years of growth or go-to-market experience, ideally at an early-stage company.
• Experience generating pipeline directly and growing or selling to technology companies and startups.
• Hands-on familiarity with CRM systems, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, and no-code or AI-enabled automation workflows.
• Strong writing skills for outreach, social posts, landing pages, and event communications.
• Ability to work independently, test ideas quickly, and use funnel data to guide decisions.
• Existing familiarity with founders and startup operators, and comfort representing a brand in person and on stage.
• U.S. work authorization is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $125,000 to $175,000 USD annually.

Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States.
