Head of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in Canada.

We are seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive growth, revenue, and category leadership for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business specializing in AI-powered marketing automation. This role combines strategic leadership with practical execution, offering the opportunity to shape the future of agentic marketing.

You will own the marketing strategy, performance metrics, and revenue outcomes while building AI agents and automations that streamline campaigns, content production, reporting, and customer engagement. Working directly with the CEO, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, optimize the customer journey, and scale acquisition and retention initiatives.

This is a player-coach position for an innovative leader who enjoys building systems, testing new ideas, and delivering measurable business impact. The role is fully remote within Canada, with significant ownership and the opportunity to help define an emerging market category.
