Head of Organic Growth, Kraken Pro

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Organic Growth, Kraken Pro based in Canada.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on growth leader to accelerate organic acquisition and turn high-intent audiences into active traders within a global digital asset platform. In this role, you will own the organic growth strategy across SEO, content, social media, community, referrals, and partnerships.

You will combine data-driven decision-making, product thinking, and a strong understanding of user experience to optimize the entire journey from discovery to first trade. As a player-coach, you will lead a lean team while remaining directly involved in experimentation, execution, and performance optimization.

Working closely with Product, Design, Legal, and Communications, you will strengthen brand trust while identifying scalable acquisition opportunities. This is an opportunity to shape the growth engine of a leading trading product in a fast-moving, international, remote-first environment.
