Head of Sales

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead the go-to-market strategy and build a high-performing sales organization at a seed-stage AI voice software company. You will shape sales performance, develop team leaders, and partner across the business to support the company's next phase of growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and scale the sales team, setting hiring standards and fostering a strong, high-performance culture.
• Coach team members through deal reviews, feedback, and shadowing to improve quota attainment and deal progression.
• Establish sales goals, pipeline practices, forecasting, and go-to-market processes in partnership with Revenue Operations.
• Develop middle managers and team leads as the organization grows.
• Work with marketing, product, and customer operations to align sales strategy and coordinate go-to-market initiatives.
• Use AI tools and data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and improve internal and customer-facing work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 7 years of sales leadership experience, including building teams, hiring, coaching, and leading through periods of high growth or organizational change.
• Strong experience with quota management, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• A consultative sales background and experience training teams in complex deal structuring.
• Experience creating go-to-market strategies and collaborating across sales, marketing, product, customer operations, and Revenue Operations.
• Background in B2C SaaS or enterprise software, with interest or experience in AI, voice technology, or conversational AI.
• Fluency in English and German, and comfort using AI tools in daily work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €180,000 to €240,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
