Head of Strategy

Our client, a leading investment and buy-and-build platform is looking for strong additions to their strategy team in Portugal

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives to support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
• Develop and execute integration strategies following acquisitions, ensuring alignment across business units, functions, and leadership teams.
• Drive cross-functional transformation projects, tracking milestones, synergies, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, manage change, and ensure successful strategy implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, corporate development, or post-merger integration.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives, strategic projects, and cross-functional integration programs.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating strategic priorities into measurable results.
