Healthcare Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen a comprehensive compliance program within an innovative healthcare technology environment. In this role, you will help ensure that remote patient monitoring services operate in accordance with Medicare billing requirements, HIPAA privacy and security standards, FDA regulations, and applicable anti-kickback laws.

You will serve as the primary day-to-day compliance lead, translating regulatory requirements into clear policies, procedures, and operational controls. Through regular audits, staff training, and proactive regulatory monitoring, you will help minimize risk and promote accountability across clinical, billing, and administrative teams.
