The Healthcare Consultant Manager will lead healthcare transformation initiatives and mission-focused programs supporting federal healthcare clients. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, program design, and performance evaluation to improve healthcare delivery and operational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical professionals, government stakeholders, and senior executives to develop practical, evidence-based solutions. From launching new programs and designing pilot interventions to evaluating outcomes, you will oversee initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle.

The position also involves managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client relationships in a structured consulting environment.
