HR Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead HR operations for a fast-growing fulfillment center in Lewisville, Texas. As the onsite HR Manager, you will serve as the primary people partner to site leadership and a large, dynamic workforce. You will oversee the employee lifecycle while helping create a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment.

The role combines employee relations, HR program execution, workforce support, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with operational leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and continuously improve the employee experience.
