HR Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Operations Specialist based in Brazil.

The HR Operations Specialist will take ownership of day-to-day HR administration and help build reliable people processes for a growing U.S.-based, multi-location workforce. This hands-on role combines HRIS management, employee administration, payroll and benefits coordination, time tracking, and multi-state policy administration.

You will play a central role in implementing and optimizing Rippling while ensuring employee data, workflows, and documentation remain accurate and up to date. The position requires close collaboration with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders across different locations. You will also help streamline processes, resolve administrative issues, and provide timely support on HR and payroll-related questions.

This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced HR operations professional who is highly organized and comfortable working independently. Strong English communication, attention to detail, integrity, and follow-through are essential.
